After 36 years with one of the largest transportation companies in the world, I retired and started Certified Safe Driver, Inc. I had always assumed that all companies prioritized safety training and compliance but in my later years witnessed first hand accounts which indicated this was not the case. I understand that many companies are far from where they should be in regard to compliance and safety training. I began C.S.D. in order to start a company where the knowledge and expertise of many qualified individuals- such as myself - could be harnessed, in order to help other organizations enhance their safety process. C.S.D. does just that.

I have over 30 years of experience in corporate safety driver training at UPS. My focus has been on business development and direct sales at UPS, working closely with their marketing team and outbound sales organization. I focus on the day-to-day administrative operations of CSD, coupled with direct sales efforts to large corporate clients and partnerships.

I have worked for one of the largest transportation companies for 42 years- with the last 15 years as the Health & Safety Ops Manager. I have a strong and comprehensive understanding of how important it is to have safety as a culture. I also recognize how it affects your company's bottom line.

 Chief Operating Officer

My 25 years in career safety began at one of the world's largest transportation logistics company as an On-Road Supervisor. I trained thousands of drivers on safe work habits and defensive driving. Cultivating and reinforcing driver safety is my personal passion.

After retiring from my 36-year career at one of the largest global transportation companies in the world, I joined CSD to continue my passion for road safety and consulting customers. At CSD, we work together with clients to enhance their safety training programs. I am trained to listen to the needs that companies have and the challenges they face as they do their best to make safety a priority, while protecting their brand and keeping their employees safe. I use my knowledge to develop tailored programs that help companies attain the highest level of world-class safety that every company should strive for.

As a Proactive Director of Health and Safety with extensive experience in strategic planning, team building and employee relations I have successfully developed high performing teams and enhanced collaboration through mentorship, goal setting and open communication. I am adept at fostering a positive work environment and am dedicated to enhancing safety in the workplace through performance evaluations, guidance and accountability processes and procedures.

After a career in logistics, I have spearheaded and overseen many training programs and operations and personally developed strategies to enhance employee skills to improve productivity. With an emphasis in safety, compliance and efficient driving practices, I am passionate about excellence in training and development to keep everyone safe on the road.
